We at Nimble aim at customer satisfaction, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always exchange items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for exchange within 15 days of receiving the item
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items are not eligible for refund, but may be exchanged within 15 days with a receipt
You may choose to cancel your order any time before the order is processed, kindly contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy to update you on the order status and process a cancellation accordingly.
However, if the order has already been processed, you will receive a notification of the same via SMS/Email and the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply accordingly. Furthermore, Prime point holds the right to cancel orders for any reason including but not limited to quality concerns, suspicious account activity or if the item ordered is not available in stock.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@nimble.com
you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.
Your order may be delivered in multiple shipments from different locations, but there’s no need to worry there are no extra shipping charges.
